Tender description:

The Charitable Foundation “Enjoying Life” has experience in the successful development and implementation of annual operating plans, based on the mission and values of the organization and a system for monitoring their implementation. At this stage, it is important for the foundation to develop a strategy for up to two years to clearly articulate the organization’s vision and goals. At this point, it is important for the foundation’s management to ensure that the 2025 operational plan is based on a clearly defined strategic vision.

Expectations from working with the selected provider:

● Study of the current situation in the organization.

● A two-day facilitated session on the development of the organization’s Strategy in an offline format in Kyiv.

● Drafting of the Strategy document based on the results of the facilitated session.

Deliverables:

● Organization of the strategic session and development of the Strategic Plan by

February 17, 2025.

To participate in the tender, the following documents must be submitted:

● Price offer, which includes: total cost of services and for one day, indication of the terms of service provision and a brief description of the service components.

● Confirmation of experience and expertise in the format of a resume or portfolio (if a team is working – resumes of each expert), client references, etc.

● Copies of registration documents: Certificates of state registration or extracts from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, Extract from the Register of Single Tax Payers or Extract from the Register of VAT Payers.

● Contact details of the responsible person (full name, email, mobile phone).

Selection criteria:

● Relevant expertise in facilitating and creating strategic plans for an organization;

● at least 2 years of experience in providing strategic planning services

● cost of services;

● Provision of all necessary documentation for participation in the tender;

● verification of the supplier on the portal http://www.cd-platform.org/ ;

● additional advantages (recommendations from previous clients).

Tender result: signing of a memorandum of intent for cooperation.

Terms:

Tender announcement date: November 22

Deadline for submission of bids: November 22 – December 8, 2024.

Service delivery period: one month
