1. General Provisions

1.1. Charitable organization “Charitable Foundation “Enjoying life” (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”), which is the Owner and Administrator of personal data within the meaning of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, carries out charitable activities in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations” by providing charitable assistance in the areas of activity defined in the Foundation’s Charter and in accordance with the Charitable Program and Charitable Projects, implemented by the Foundation, at the expense of funds and property received from legal entities and individuals (hereinafter referred to as “Users”, “Visitors” in any case) in the form of a charitable donation, including through public fundraising on the Foundation’s website https: //www. enjoyinglife.org.ua (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

1.2. When any individual visits the Website, the Foundation receives information about him/her, such as name, mobile phone number, e-mail address of the Visitor. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies when an individual:

  • visits our website;
  • registers on our website to receive charitable assistance;
  • makes a charitable donation;
  • provides the Foundation with his/her personal data in any other way for communication purposes.

1.3 This Policy defines the types of information and personal data that the Foundation receives from the Visitors of the Foundation’s website, the procedure for their collection, processing and use. Information and personal data are collected, processed and used in strict accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.

1.4. The Fund reserves the right to make changes to the Policy at any time and for any reason, without further notice to the Visitors of the relevant changes.

1.5. Providing/posting information on the Site is the Visitor’s consent to the content of this Policy and means that the Visitor gives his/her permission for the Fund to collect, use and process personally identifiable information in accordance with this Policy and the current legislation of Ukraine.

2. Terms of confidentiality

2.1. According to the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”), personal data means information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified.

According to this Policy, the concept of “personal information” includes information or a part of information that allows the User to be identified. This includes the first and last name, nickname (nickname), e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, and may also include information such as IP address. We receive such information directly from the User, when registering on the site, providing contact information, information received from payments of charitable donations, as well as other personal information that the User voluntarily provides to the Foundation.

When navigating and interacting with our website, we use technologies to automatically collect data from the User’s browser or any device, including the User’s geolocation, UTM parameters, device type and browser type, cookies and data on the User’s interaction with the website (session ID).

The purpose of collecting this technical data is for analytical purposes for the operation, maintenance and improvement of our website. The pages of the site may also contain codes of other Internet resources (for example, social media plug-ins, Google Analytics) for collecting statistics.

A cookie is a small text file or files that store information directly on the User’s computer, mobile phone or other device. They help the website to remember the necessary information so that it is easier for the User to visit the website next time and the content on it is more useful. Cookies do not contain personal data and the User can disable cookies at any time by using the help function in their browser.

2.3. The user of the site gives his/her consent to the processing, storage and use of his/her personal data by the Fund and the inclusion of his/her personal data in the relevant databases of the Fund’s personal data in order to carry out the statutory activities of the Fund in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

2.3. The Fund has great respect for the confidential (personal) information of all persons, without exception, who have visited the Site, as well as those who use the services provided by the Site, and therefore, the Fund seeks to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified), thereby creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions for using the Site’s services for each user.

2.4. The personal information of visitors and users of the Site collected during registration is used to provide services in accordance with charitable purposes, including to answer questions. Also, contact information may be used in mailings, namely to inform about new opportunities, promotions and other news. The Fund acts in accordance with this Policy, taking into account the requirements of the legislation on the processing and protection of personal data.

The Fund has the right to store Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose specified in this Policy or within the terms established by the current legislation of Ukraine or until the user deletes this data.

2.5. Providing access to personal information to other companies and individuals is possible only under the following circumstances:

– The User’s permission is available. The User’s consent is required to transfer any confidential information.

– In cases determined by the current legislation of Ukraine, as well as in cases of prevention of a crime or damage to us or third parties.

2.6 The Foundation takes all necessary measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These measures include, in particular, internal review of data collection, storage and processing processes and security measures, including appropriate encryption and measures to ensure physical security of data to prevent unauthorized access to systems in which we store personal data.

2.7. The User accepts the terms of the Policy and takes into account that this Policy may be changed from time to time. Changes are published on the website https://https://www.enjoyinglife.org.ua. 2.8. In everything that is not regulated by this Policy regarding the use of materials on the Site, the parties are guided by the provisions of the current Legislation of Ukraine.
