Enjoying Life: Cinema Garden

The “Enjoying life: Cinema Garden” is the first hub for older people in Ukraine, opened by the “Enjoying life” foundation in 2017. We managed to breathe new life into an abandoned summer cinema in Hydropark. It has become a creative space:

  • a 350-seat cinema hall
  • a stage for concerts;
  • a sports ground;
  • a place for board games and master classes;
  • a free bar with refreshments and a seating area.

Due to the pandemic, in 2020, in order not to expose our life lovers (that’s how we name all elderly people and our beneficiaries) to the risk of contracting COVID, we transferred all activities to an online format.
