Enjoying Life: Lunch

“Enjoying Life: Lunch” is a project of the “Enjoying Life” foundation that has been running since 2017. Thanks to cooperation with restaurants and a large community of volunteers, Ba and Di (that’s what we call our grandmas and grandpas in Ukrainian) receive delicious and healthy hot meals every day in the yellow wooden houses of “Enjoying Life: Lunch” in different parts of Kyiv.

During the coronavirus pandemic, we suspended this project for safety reasons, and then it was transformed into targeted delivery of food packages to lonely Ba and Di.

Since the beginning of russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, “Enjoying Life: Lunch” has reopened its windows and is now serving hot lunches to about 1,500 Ba and Di every day.
