Enjoying Life: Work

Enjoying Life: Work

“Enjoying Life: Work” provides vocational training and employment for people aged 50+. Since 2018, we have been helping hard workers find jobs and change professions – becoming landscape designers, florists, baristas, IT testers, and many more. They start a new life and realize their professional dreams.

We have established a new social trend among employers: hiring elderly people has become the norm for large and small companies. Moreover, it has become a prestigious norm.

The project actively organizes educational events: workshops, seminars, and workshops on job search and career guidance tools. We have launched a course on learning the Ukrainian language. Together with our partners, we invited hard workers to take English language courses. The project also has an MS Office course and weekly psychological support groups. “Enjoying Life: Work” engages career counselors for group and individual employment counseling.

The project’s telegram channel and Facebook page constantly post vacancies for hard workers. You can join the project’s social networks by following the links: Trudolyub.info, Trudolyub | Facebook

We help businesses find professional employees and help hardworkers find their dream job.

If you have any ideas for employment, training, courses or lectures for our hardworking IDPs, please contact Tanya Frolova, Trudolyub project manager, by email: ia.trudolub@gmail.com.
