We invite senior citizens to the one-day program “Senior Leadership School: Merchandising from Scratch”

We invite senior people who want to learn a new profession, start a career in a new field for themselves, to the one-day program “Senior Leader School: Merchandising from Scratch”, where you will get acquainted with the company and the ARDIS group team, their values, processes and features, and learn about merchandising:

• About merchandising and the areas of responsibility of the merchandiser
• Cheese categories, display rules, features of the weight and packaged display
• The role of promoters. Features of creating gift sets and co-packing
• A lot of interesting information about cheese, its features, and why it is so important to find a product and be able to talk about it

You will also try to immediately apply your new knowledge at an improvised showcase.

The most active participants will be able to join the company’s merchandising team and be part of the company that develops cheese culture in Ukraine.
