Foundation’s Executive Director and Head of Fundraising, Lidiia Ozadovska, delivered an address at the 9th Global Symposium on Low Fertility and Ageing in Seoul 

In her speech, Lidiia presented the experience of the Enjoying Life Foundation and emphasized a key idea:

By 2050, every third Ukrainian will be 60+.
This is a challenge, but also a tremendous resource — if we learn how to unlock it properly.

Our experience shows: people aged 50+ are not passive recipients of aid.
They are active contributors to the economy, businesses, and communities.
Investing in them is not a social experiment — it is a development strategy.

At the symposium, Lidiia shared how the Enjoying Life: Work project helps adult professionals overcome age-related barriers, regain confidence, find employment — and helps businesses engage motivated, reliable, and experienced talent.

These changes have an impact at the national level:
• strengthening the economy;
• improving the well-being of families;
• restoring people’s sense of stability and self-worth;
• building resilient communities.
