Work Day 2025 in Kyiv: When Experience Becomes Strength!

It was a day when CVs came to life, stereotypes disappeared, and experience became the key competitive advantage.

The event brought together more than 300 participants, including around 250 job seekers aged 50+ and over 70 business representatives. Ten companies took part in the job fair: Aurora, Velmart, EKO Market, Coca-Cola HBC, OKKO, OLX Jobs, PrivatBank, Robota.ua, Roshen, and Chornomorka.

Staff shortages are a challenge — and we respond with action.
According to the Institute for Economic Research, more than 60% of Ukrainian enterprises name the lack of personnel as their main problem. Work Day 2025 demonstrated that the solution is close at hand — employees aged 50+ who are ready to work, grow, and contribute to business.

The event became an example of a new model of cooperation between business and society: not just supporting people aged 50+, but integrating their experience into the business ecosystem.
